Reading pixeljim.com is not an agreement: the page is information about the app. The terms you enter into cover the service at app.pixeljim.com, and the canonical text lives there: the terms of service in the app. That is where you accept them when you create an account, and where you accept a new version if they change materially.

There is ONE copy of the terms on purpose. Two copies of an agreement drift apart, and then it is unclear which one applies.

Registration is invite based, and the service is a private side project in an early phase.

Your data is yours: programs, logged sessions and bodyweight belong to you, can be exported at any time, and the account can be deleted.

Training suggestions are not medical advice. The service is not a doctor, personal trainer or physiotherapist.

The service is provided "as is", and the limitation of liability applies to the extent Swedish law allows.

Swedish law applies, and disputes are resolved through dialogue in the first instance.
